SO TELL ME ABOUT SHIPPING! HOW MUCH AND HOW LONG?

 

NEW!  All of our shipping is now Fulfilled by Amazon.  We have several options (depending on how hungry your are) from standard to express.  Typically, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.  Cost is also dependent upon your location and will be calculated at checkout.  Or, just stock up on your Puddin' - orders over $60 get shipping for free!

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

Do to the nature of the Puddin being food and all we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your Puddins we always would like to hear from you. Email us at hello@hellopuddin.com.

I ORDERED THE WRONG THING. CAN I CANCEL?

The fastest way to cancel an order is to email: hello@hellopuddin.com. Just know that as long as it hasn't shipped out, we are more than happy to cancel or modify your order as needed. Don't fret, worst case, you can do a free return, if it's already shipped out.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY.

Alright, here's where it gets tricky. We LOVE catering to gluten intolerant, dairy intolerant people. Heck, that's why this exists! We take the upmost care during production and follow all state regulations for sanitation. HP caters to those with sensitive tummies as all of our products are gluten free, soy free, dairy free, and refined sugar free. 

With that being said...

Know the severity of your allergy, please. If you're going to need an EpiPen if peanut dust floats into a Puddin during production, please DO NOT BUY. We currently work out of a commercial kitchen that does house ALLERGENS. Please advise.

CAN YOU TASTE THE MUSHROOMS?

The mushrooms are also a fine powder and have zero detectable taste. We have lots of customers that still buy our product that don’t like the taste of mushrooms. It’s our number one question! 

DO YOU HAVE TO ADD MILK? WHAT KIND IS BEST?

Any milk works (dairy, almond, cashew, hemp, etc). You can also use water and it will still set up, (a lot of campers do this). Just know that it will be less creamy with water. It needs some sort of liquid.  We find that oat milk works really well!

Other ways to eat include adding it to a smoothie (see recipes in the blog) or on top of your oatmeal or granola.
