Probiotic Strawberry and Chia Shortcake
If you are feeling summery and want a treat that won’t cause a sugar crash, this is a must try. Quick and easy, this H.Puddin version of strawberry shortcake will satiate your sweet tooth. Loaded with fiber, protein, adaptogens AND probiotics this dessert tastes great and makes you feel great. It’s so easy to make and would be a hit with the health conscious crew at your next summer BBQ.

Ingredients:
-1 Strawberry Hello Puddin Chia Pudding
- 4-6 oz GT Dave’s Strawberry Serentity Kombucha
- 1-2 Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Strauss Creamery Greek Yogurt (*sub plant based yogurt)
- Slice of angel food cake or dessert cup
Directions:
Mix H.Puddin’s chia pudding with GT Daves Kombucha. Stir well and let sit for 10 min. Come back and stir again to take care of any minimal settling/clumping. After 30-60 min puddin should be set. Pour on top of cake, add strawberries, and yogurt. Eat fresh and enjoy!
