My Detox Juice.
Literally my digestion and stomach are so sensitive. I'm very careful what I put into my system. Recently, I had surgery and I really needed a quick and easy detox juice to cleanse my system of medications, heal my gut from antibiotics, and give my body a much needed nutrition boost. I'm a busy mom, with an insane schedule, so I created this little juice that works great for me. Bonus: there's not a ton of sugar and it doesn't throw me out of ketosis.
Pro Tip: Feel free to make 3 days worth at a time and store in a large glass mason jar to say time. I don't recommend much more than that so you don't let that fresh nutrition go to waste.
Gluten-free - Keto-ish - Vegan - Whole Food
Note: Juicers can get expensive (hundreds of dollars). If you are just getting started, you might try the Mueller Austria Juicer on Amazon HERE. It sounds pretty much like a jet taking off, and I can easily see where having a nicer one would be a luxury, but it works for me, it’s under $100 and is easy to clean.
Juice a handful of “this and that” below according to taste.
Clean, cut and juice:
Parsley- is anti-inflammatory & an excellent source of vitamin C, your body’s primary water-soluble antioxidant
Cilantro- can facilitate the elimination of toxic metals from the body
Celery Juice- raises stomach acid, which helps break down food—improving gut health
Fresh Mint- aids in digestion, strengthens the gut wall, and helps manage blood sugar.
Raw Lemon Juice- is well known for its antioxidants and properties
Mix ingredients below into juice:
- 1 tsp L-glutamine- can also boost immune cell activity in the gut, helping prevent infection and inflammation, as well as soothing the intestinal tissue.
- 1tsp Spirulina- boosts liver function + detoxes heavy metals & toxins.
- 2oz Aloe Juice- aids in Digestion and flushes toxins.
- 1 scoop Collagen- helps joints & bones

Mix in a blender or with a frother to make sure it all blends evenly. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
